Authorize an Instagram professional account. XPALA reads the account username, ID and profile details and uses the messaging permission to manage customer DMs in Inbox.
Permissions: instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_manage_messages. The basic permission is required to identify and display the connected professional account.
WhatsApp

Embedded Signup opens Meta's official onboarding. Choose the existing WhatsApp Business app number to keep the mobile app and API connected through coexistence.
Coexistence target: use the number that is currently active in the WhatsApp Business app. The reviewer/test flow does not replace the production inbox connection automatically.
Safe testing: new OAuth connections are stored as reviewer/test connections and are not used for outbound Inbox messages until separately activated. Existing production secrets remain the fallback.
